Terms and Conditions

Membership terms:

• Membership fee is $19.95 per year and fees can be paid through pay pal or by credit card. Membership fees will be withdrawn yearly automatically at $19.95 per year unless membership is cancelled prior to the beginning of the next billing cycle. No refunds will be given for that month after the start of the next monthly billing cycle.

• You may cancel membership at anytime during your membership using the cancel membership link located within the site and your next premium due date will not be billed and your profile and items listed will be permanently deleted from the site. No partial refunds will be given.

• Membership to the site grants you unlimited access to site and other members for the purpose of swapping.

• Membership grants each member unlimited swaps, listings, sales and purchases with other members within the site for no additional charge.

• All items listed will remain on members profile as long as the member is current with membership dues and in good standing.

• Members are free to leave listings posted for an unlimited amount of time as long as their accounts are in good standing.

• Anyone found guilty of fraud, engaging in illegal activities, stealing, selling counterfeit goods, pornography, threatening other members, or otherwise committing harmful acts will be expelled from use of the site and no refund will be given.

Conditions:

• Any member who steals from another member or otherwise attempts to commit fraud or sell counterfeit merchandise or otherwise engages in illegal activity within the site myclothingswap.com (hereafter referred to as “the site”) will automatically be terminated and no refund of membership dues will be given.
  
  
• By agreeing to membership you agree you will not use the site to do anything illegal. You agree to not maliciously harm any members, employee or owner of the site. You agree to not steal anything from anyone on the site. You agree to use the site at your own risk. You agree that the site, its employees or owners is not responsible for anything posted by others or damages caused by other members or users. You agree to not post or sell counterfeit or stolen merchandise.
  
  
• The decision to swap and use this site is the sole responsibility of the members. All use of this site is at the members own risk, the site owners accepts no responsibility for illness, loss or injury as a result of using the site. MyFashionSwap.com makes no guarantees as to the use of this site.
  
  
• By using this site you agree to accept responsibility as to the legality of your actions on and as a result of use of this site.
  
  
• MyFashionSwap.com is not responsible and will not compensate members or users for loss as a result of using the site. We do not review any postings on our site nor take responsibility for listings, feedback nor any transactions or communications as a result of using this site. We are merely a forum for people to communicate with each other. We accept neither liability nor responsibility for the use of this site.
  
  
• MyFashionSwap.com will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time for any length of time.

• Members of the site are responsible for keeping their login information private and confidential.

• In the event that you have any right or claim against another member or user arising from the use of this site, you agree to pursue your right and claim with that individual or group independently of and without recourse to myfashionswap.com or any of its affiliates.
  
  
• Our services are not to be used by any persons under the age of 18. By using this site, you hereby acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age.
